Question: Are there payment
or visit limitations I should be aware of?
Answer: Many plans do
limit physical therapy services, either by dollar amounts
paid, or number of visits. You may want to contact your
insurance company to inquire about your benefits before
seeking services. Our billing service will also verify your
benefits prior to the appointment.
Question: What if my
insurance claim is unpaid?
Answer: You should

financial responsibilities be at the time of service?
Answer: You will be
responsible for any copayments or coinsurance, including
